भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा पंजाब और उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, एतदवारा श्रीमती श्रुति, आई.ए.एस. (पीबी:2011) का श्री शैलेश कुमार पाण्डेय, भा.पु.से. (यूपी:2011) से विवाह होने के आधार पर उन्हें पंजाब संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
