In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Kerala and Jharkhand, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Riya Singh, IAS (KL:2021) from Kerala cadre to Jharkhand cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Sunny Raj, IAS (JH:2021).
