In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Bihar and Karnataka, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Ramandeep Chowdhary, IAS (BH:08) from Bihar cadre to Karnataka cadre on the ground of marriage to Ms. Khushboo Goel, IAS (KN:08).
