In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Manipur and Karnataka, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Rahul Ratnam Pandey, IAS (MN:2018) from Manipur cadre to Karnataka cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Kavya Chaturvedi, IFS (KN:2019).
