Inter-cadre deputation of Smt. Sandhya Venugopal Sharma, IAS, from Tamil Nadu to Karnataka approved

The Government of India, through the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, has approved the inter-cadre deputation of Smt. Sandhya Venugopal Sharma, an IAS officer from the Tamil Nadu cadre, to the Karnataka cadre. This deputation is set for a period of three years, commencing from the date she assumes her new charge, or until further orders are issued. The approval was granted in accordance with Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the agreement of both the Tamil Nadu and Karnataka governments. In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Govts. of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka the Central Government hereby accords approval for the inter cadre deputation of Smt. Sandhya Venugopal Sharma, IAS (TN:95) from Tamil Nadu cadre to Karnataka cadre for a period of three years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier..
