This notification announces the approval of the inter-cadre deputation of Smt. Arpana Yu, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the Uttar Pradesh cadre to the Andhra Pradesh cadre. The deputation is sanctioned for a period of three years, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision has been made under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh governments.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और उत्तर प्रदेश एवं आंध्र प्रदेश की सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार एतदद्वारा श्रीमती अर्पणा यू. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (उत्तर प्रदेश:01) की व्यक्तिगत आधार पर उत्तर प्रदेश से आंध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग में अंतर-स्तरीय प्रतिनियुक्ति को तीन वर्षो अथवा अगले आदेशों जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
