This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Shrimati Bhagyshree Bhimraojee Banayat, an IAS officer of the 2012 batch from the Nagaland cadre, to the Maharashtra cadre. The deputation is granted on a personal basis with a policy relaxation, and is valid for five years or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision was made using the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the governments of Nagaland and Maharashtra.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा नागालैंड और महाराष्ट्र की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार श्रीमती भाग्यश्री भीमरावजी बनायत, आई.ए.एस. (नागालैंड:2012) के नागालैंड संवर्ग से महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग में, अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को वैयक्तिक आधार पर, नीति में छूट देकर, कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से पांच वर्षों अथवा अगले आदेश, जो भी पहले हो तक के लिए अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
