The central government has approved the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Shyambir, an IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre (2018 batch), to the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory cadre. This deputation is for a period of three years from the date he assumes charge, or until further orders, whichever comes first. The approval is granted with the consent of the Madhya Pradesh state government and the Ministry of Home Affairs, exercising powers under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

केंद्र सरकार, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा मध्य प्रदेश की राज्य सरकार और गृह मंत्रालय की सहमति से एतद्वारा नीति में छूट देते हुए, श्री श्यामबीर, आईएएस (मध्य प्रदेश:2018) की मध्य प्रदेश संवर्ग से जम्मू और कश्मीर संघ राज्य क्षेत्र संवर्ग में उनके संवर्ग में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक अंतरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति का अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
