NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Maharashtra and Jharkhand, the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for waiving-off ‘cooling-off’ period in the case of Shri Santosh Kumar IAS (MH:94) and also approve inter cadre deputation from Maharashtra cadre to Jharkhand cadre for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
