In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Bihar and the Government of Jharkhand the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Sanjay Kumar, IAS(BH:90) from Bihar cadre to Jharkhand cadre initially for a period of three years.
