NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Uttarakhand and the Government of Maharashtra the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Sachin Kurve, IAS(UK:03) from Uttarakhand cadre to Maharashtra cadre, for a period of 5 years, on grounds of extreme hardship of medical nature in respect of immediate family members.
