भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा उत्तर प्रदेश और महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केंद्र सरकार एतद्वारा श्री ऋषिकेश बी. यशोद, आईएएस (यूपी:2006) के उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग से महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग में, कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्ष अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए वैयक्तिक आधार पर अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
