This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Rigzian Samphel, an IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, to the Jammu and Kashmir cadre. The deputation is approved on a personal basis for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision was made utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the consent of the governments of Uttar Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा उत्तर प्रदेश और जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्री रिंग्जियन सम्मेक्षक, आईएएस (यूपी:2003) के उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग से जम्मू-कश्मीर संवर्ग में, अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्ष अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए वैयक्तिक आधार पर अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
