NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Odisha and Maharashtra, the Central Government hereby accords approval for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Rajesh Prabhakar Patil, IAS (OR:2005) from Odisha cadre to Maharashtra cadre for a period of three years on personal grounds from date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

- The Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai – 400032 w.r.t. letter No-DEP-1018/C.R.101/2018/X dated 30.09.2020 with the request to provide a copy of the joining report of the officer to this Department. It is requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in Service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
