This notification approves the extension of the inter-cadre deputation period of Shri Priyatu Mandal, IAS (Himachal Pradesh: 2006 cadre), from the Himachal Pradesh cadre to the West Bengal cadre for a further period of two years, effective from 17.03.2019, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This is done with the consent of both the Himachal Pradesh and West Bengal state governments, utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हिमाचल प्रदेश और पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र
सरकार एतदद्वारा श्री प्रियातु मंडल, आई.ए.एस. (हिमाचल प्रदेश:2006) का हिमाचल प्रदेश संवर्ग से
पश्चिम बंगाल संवर्ग में अंतर संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि को दिनांक 17.03.2019 से अगले दो
वर्षों की अवधि के लिए या अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक बढ़ाने के प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन
करती है।
