In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Jammu \& Kashmir and the Government of Maharashtra the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Shri Pandurang Kondbarao Pole, IAS (JK:04) from Jammu \& Kashmir cadre to Maharashtra cadre on personal grounds, for a period of three years.
