NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Naveen Kumar G.S., IAS (UP:2007) from Uttar Pradesh cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre for a period of three years on personal grounds from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

- The Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow – 226001 w.r.t. letter No. 1445/do-1-2019-4/1(3)/2008 dated 14.06.2019 with the request to relieve the officer immediately under intimation to this Department.
- The Chief Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Velagapudi, Guntur – 522238, w.r.t. letter No. GAD01-PERTS0IAS(ICDT)/8/2019SC. 2 dated 21.10.2019. It is requested to kindly send the joining report of the officer to this Department. It is also requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of intercadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in Service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.

You shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in service in terms of DOPT O.M. No.13017/08/2002-AIS.I dated 14.08.2013 and No.13017/05/2013-AIS.I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
