NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Assam, Government of Meghalaya and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Maninder Singh, IAS(AM:89) from Assam-Meghalaya cadre to AGMUT cadre (Chandigarh segment) on grounds of extreme hardship of medical nature in respect of his immediate family member for the period of three years
