NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Lokesh M, IAS (UP:05) from Uttar Pradesh cadre to Karnataka cadre for a period of three years on personal grounds.

    w.r.t. letter No. 5783/2-1-2015-4/1(8)/2006 dated 05.11.2015 with the request to relieve the officer so as to join Karnataka cadre on deputation.

  2. The Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka, Bangalore – 560001, w.r.t. letter No. DPAR 881 SAS 2015 dated 24.02.2016. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action and break in service, in case he does not hand over the charge at the end of approved period of deputation.

  3. The Accountant General, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow – 226001

  4. The Accountant General, Government of Karnataka, Bangalore – 560001 with the request to stop payment of salary to the officer beyond the approved period of deputation.

  5. Shri Lokesh M, IAS (UP:05) (through the Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow – 226001). You shall be liable to disciplinary action & break in service, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
