NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Kadam Sandeep Vasant, IAS (HP:2008) from Himachal Pradesh cadre to Maharashtra cadre on personal grounds for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

- The Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai – 400035, w.r.t. letter No. DEP-1018/C.R.208/2018/X dated 20.08.2019. It is requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in Service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
