NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Sikkim and the Government of Madhya Pradesh, the Central Government hereby accords approval for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Jitendra Singh Raje, IAS (SK:2007) from Sikkim cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre for a period of three years from the date of assumption of the charge.

  1. The Chief Secretary, Govt. of Sikkim, Gangtok w.r.t. letter No.5764/G/DOP dated 14.07.2016 with the request to kindly relieve the officer immediately.
  2. The Chief Secretary, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal, w.r.t. letter No.E-1/244/2016/5/1 dated 14.09.2016 with the request to furnish a copy of joining report of the officer to this Department.
  3. The Accountant General, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, Lucknow with the request to stop payment of salary to the officer beyond the approved period of deputation.
  4. The Accountant General, Govt. of Sikkim, Gangtok.
  5. Shri Jitendra Singh Raje, IAS(SK:2007) (through the Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Sikkim, Gangtok). The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action & break in service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
