This document details the approval of the Government of India for regularizing the overstay of Shri Hridesh Kumar, an IAS officer (JK:99), from the Jammu-Kashmir cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. The overstay period, from July 22, 2012, to January 24, 2013, following his approved inter-cadre deputation, has been officially sanctioned with the consent of both the Jammu-Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh governments. This decision is made under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6 (1) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं जम्मू-कश्मीर तथा उत्तर प्रदेश की सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, श्री हृदेश कुमार, भा.प्र.से. (जे.के. :99) की जम्मू-कश्मीर संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में अंतर संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के अनुमोदित कार्यकाल के बाद दिनांक 22.07.2012 से 24.01.2013 तक की अवधि तक बने रहने (ओवर स्टे) को नियमित करने के प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन कर दिया है।
