This document details the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Harish Nayar, an IAS officer of the 2010 batch, from the Punjab cadre to the AGMUT cadre (Chandigarh segment). भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा पंजाब सरकार एवं गृह मंत्रालय की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार एतदद्वारा, श्री हरीश नायर, आईएएस (पीबी:2010) को पंजाब संवर्ग से एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग (चंडीगढ़ खंड) में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्ष अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए अंतरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
