In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Orissa and the Government of Karnataka the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Shri D. V. Swamy, IAS (OR:01) from Orissa cadre to Karnataka cadre, for a period of three years on personal grounds.
