NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Government of Jharkhand and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Government hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Shri Basharat Qayoom, IAS (JH:2016) from Jharkhand cadre to Union Territory of Jammu \& Kashmir in relaxation of the extant policy, for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge in the cadre or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

2. The Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Affairs, North Block, New Delhi w.r.t. OM No. 15030/38/2020-J\&K dated 02.12.2020. It is requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action and break in service, in case he do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.

No.13017/05/2013-AIS.I dated 11.11.2017 in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
