In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh the Central Government hereby accords approval for the inter cadre deputation of Shri Anup Kumar Yadav, IAS (MH:02) from Maharashtra cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre for a period of three years, with effect from the date Shri Anup Kumar Yadav assumes charge of the post..
