This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Sh. Diprava Lakra, an Indian Administrative Service officer (PB: 05), from the Punjab cadre to the Jharkhand cadre. The deputation is sanctioned for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge, or until further orders, with the consent of both the Punjab and Jharkhand governments. This action is taken under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त
शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और पंजाब तथा झारखण्ड सरकारों की सहमति से,
केन्द्रीय सरकार श्री दिप्रवा लाकडा, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (पी.बी. : 05) की
पंजाब संवर्ग से झारखण्ड संवर्ग में अंतर संवर्ग प्रतिनियुक्ति हेतु कार्यभार संभालने
की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले ‘आदेशी तत्व’ जो भी
पहले से, एतदद्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
