This document details the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Rajesh Prabhakar Patil, an IAS officer of the Odisha cadre (2005 batch), to the Maharashtra cadre. शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा ओडिशा और महाराष्ट्र की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केंद्र
सरकार श्री राजेश प्रभाकर पाटिल, आईएएस (ओडीशा: 2005) की वैयक्तिक आधारों पर उनके
कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से तीन वर्षों की अवधि अथवा अगले आदेशों तक के लिए जो
भी पहले हो, ओडिशा संवर्ग से महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग में अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति हेतु अनुमोदन
प्रदान करती है।
