This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of R. Sudhan, an IAS officer of the 2006 Manipur cadre, to the Tamil Nadu cadre. The deputation is for a period of three years or until further orders, with the consent of both the Manipur and Tamil Nadu state governments. This is done under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा मणिपुर और तमिलनाडु राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा भी आर. सुधन, आईएएस (एमएन:2006) को वैयक्तिक आधार पर मणिपुर संवर्ग से तमिलनाडु संवर्ग में, कार्यग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षो के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक अंतरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्त के लिए अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
