In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Ms. P.I. Sreevidya, IAS (KN:2010) from Karnataka cadre to Kerala cadre on personal grounds for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier

  1. The Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka, Bangalore – 560001 w.r.t. letter No. DPAR 100 SAS 2019 dated 02.04.2019 with the request to relieve the officer immediately under intimation to this Department.

  2. The Chief Secretary, Government of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram – 695001, w.r.t. letter No. AIS-A1/132/2019-GAD dated 02.05.2019. It is requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action & break in Service, in case she does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.

  3. The Accountant General, Government of Karnataka, Bangalore – 560001.

  4. The Accountant General, Government of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram – 695001 with the request to stop payment of salary to the officer beyond the approved period of deputation.

  5. Ms. P.I. Sreevidya, IAS (KN:2010) (through the Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka, Bangalore – 560001). You shall be liable to disciplinary action & break in service in terms of DOPT O.M. No.13017/08/2002-AIS.I dated 14.08.2013 and No.13017/05/2013-AIS.I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.

  6. The Deputy Secretary (SM), w.r.t. ID note No.37/15/2019-EO (SM-I), dated 08.07.2019.
