The Government of India has approved the extension of the inter-cadre deputation period of Ms. M. Sudha Devi, IAS (Himachal Pradesh: 2003) from the Himachal Pradesh cadre to the Tamil Nadu cadre for a further period of two years, effective from July 6, 2020. This decision was made under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Himachal Pradesh and Tamil Nadu state governments. The notification was issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और हिमाचल प्रदेश तथा तमिलनाडु राज्य सरकार की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा सुश्री एम. सुधा देवी, आईएएस (हिमाचल प्रदेश:2003) की दिनांक 06.07.2020 से आगे दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए हिमाचल प्रदेश संवर्ग से तमिलनाडु संवर्ग में अंतर संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति सेवाकाल को आगे बढ़ाने के प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन करती है ।
