NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Nagaland and the Government of Maharashtra, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for inter cadre deputation of Ms. Bhagyashree Bhimraoji Banayat, IAS (NL:2012) from Nagaland cadre to Maharashtra cadre on personal grounds, in relaxation of policy, for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

- The Chief Secretary, Govt. of Nagaland, Kohima – 797001 w.r.t. letter No. PAR-A/02/2017-AIS dated 03.11.2017 with the request to relieve the officer immediately under intimation to this Department.
- The Chief Secretary, Govt. of Maharashtra, Mumbai – 400032 w.r.t. letter no DEP-1017/C.R.703/2017/X dated 05.02.2018, with the request to provide a copy of the joining report of the officer to this Department. It is also requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation if not extended by the Competent Authority before the expiry of the deputation tenure. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in Service, in case she does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.

You shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in service in terms of DOPT O.M. No.13017/08/2002-AIS.I dated 14.08.2013 and No.13017/05/2013-AIS.I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
