भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा तमिलनाडु और ओडिशा की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केंद्र सरकार सुश्री अर्चना पटनायक, आईएएस (तमिलनाडु: 2002) के तमिलनाडु संवर्ग से ओडिशा संवर्ग में अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति कार्यकाल को 17.12.2020 के पश्चात दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए बढ़ाने या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, हेतु अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
