NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Himachal Pradesh and the Government of Kerala the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Ms A Shainamol, IAS (HP:07) from Himachal Pradesh cadre to Kerala cadre, for a period of three years in relaxation of extant guidelines on compassionate grounds.
2. This approval for inter cadre deputation is without prejudice to the Government’s stand in, the Writ Petition which Ms A Shainamol, IAS(HP:2007) has filed against her allocation to Himachal Pradesh cadre.
