This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Dr. Nitin Bhanudas Jawale, an IAS officer from the Odisha cadre to the Maharashtra cadre. The deputation is granted on a personal basis, with a period of three years from the date of joining the new cadre, or until further orders. This decision is made under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार डॉ. नितिन भानुदास जावले, आई.ए.एस.
(ओडिशा:2003) की ओडिशा संवर्ग से महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग में, नीति में छूट देते हुए वैयक्तिक आधार
पर अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के लिए, संवर्ग में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षों
की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, एतदद्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
