In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Punjab and the Ministry of Home Affairs the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Dr Joram Beda, IAS (PB:08) from Punjab cadre to AGMUT cadre( Arunachal Pradesh segment) for a period of three years on personal grounds.
