NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government has approved inter cadre deputation of Dr. Jitendra Gupta, IAS(BH:2013) from Bihar cadre to Nagaland cadre (deficit cadre) initially for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge in the cadre, and/or until further orders, whichever is earlier, in terms of the extant provisions in this regard.
