NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Assam, Meghalaya and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Dr. Brahma Deo Ram Tiwari, IAS (AM:2006) from AssamMeghalaya cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre for a period of three years from the date of assumption of the charge or untill further orders, whichever is earlier.

  1. The Chief Secretary, Govt. of Meghalaya, Shillong w.r.t. letter No. PER.20/2007/Pt.II/255, dated 28.09.2017 with the request to relieve the officer immediately under intimation to this Department.
  2. The Chief Secretary, Govt. of Assam, Dispur w.r.t. letter No. AAI.23/2007/57, dated 08.04.2016.
  3. The Chief Secretary, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow w.r.t. letter no G.I.-17/2-1-2015-4/1(28)/1999 dated 04.03.2016, with the request to provide a copy of the joining report of the officer to this Department. It is also requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation if not extended by the Competent Authority before the expiry of the deputation tenure.
  4. The Accountant General, Govt. of Meghalaya, Shillong.
  5. The Accountant General, Govt. of Assam, Dispur.
  6. The Accountant General, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow with the request to stop payment of salary to the officer beyond the approved period of deputation.
  7. Dr. Brahma Deo Ram Tiwari, IAS (AM:2006) (through the Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Shillong). You shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in service in terms of this Department’s OM No. 13017/08/2002-A1S-I dated 14.08.2013 and No. 13017/05/2013-A1S-I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
  8. The Director (SM), w.r.t. ID note No.37/28/2017-EO (SM-I), dated 21.11.2017.
