NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Assam, Meghalaya and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Dr. Brahma Deo Ram Tiwari, IAS (AM:2006) from AssamMeghalaya cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre for a period of three years from the date of assumption of the charge or untill further orders, whichever is earlier.

It is also requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation if not extended by the Competent Authority before the expiry of the deputation tenure.

You shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in service in terms of this Department’s OM No. 13017/08/2002-A1S-I dated 14.08.2013 and No. 13017/05/2013-A1S-I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
