This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Alok Kumar Pandey, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 2006 Gujarat cadre, to the Uttar Pradesh cadre for a period of three years, or until further orders. This decision was made with the consent of the governments of both Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh, utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, गुजरात तथा उत्तर प्रदेश राज्यों की सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, श्री आलोक कुमार पाण्डेय, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (जीजे:2006) को कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो तक वैयक्तिक आधार पर तीन वर्षों की अवधि हेतु गुजरात संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में अंतर-सवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
