भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सरकार और गृह मंत्रालय की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार श्री अभिषेक शर्मा, आईएएस (छत्तीसगढ़: 2018) की, संवर्ग में पदभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए नीति में छूट देते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ संवर्ग से जम्मू-कश्मीर केन्द्र शासित प्रदेश में अंतरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति हेतु एतद्द्वारा अनुमोदन देती है।
