भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा तमिलनाडु और राजस्थान राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा भी शंकर लाल कुमावत, आईएएस (टीएन:2010) को दिनांक 19.11.2017 से और दो वर्षो की अवधि के लिए तमिलनाडु संवर्ग से राजस्थान संवर्ग में अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के विस्तार को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
