This document details the approval for extending the inter-cadre deputation of Shri M.H. Khan, an Indian Administrative Service officer (MT:88), from the Manipur-Tripura cadre to the Uttarakhand cadre for a period of one year. The extension is granted with the condition that no further requests will be considered after April 10, 2013, and he will revert to his parent cadre on or before that date. This decision is made under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the governments of Manipur, Tripura, and Uttarakhand.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा मणिपुर, त्रिपुरा और उत्तराखण्ड सरकारों की सहमति से, केद्रीय सरकार श्री एम.एच.खान, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एमटी :88) की मणिपुरत्रिपुरा संवर्ग से उत्तराखण्ड संवर्ग में एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अंतर संवर्ग प्रतिनियुक्ति के विस्तार हेतु, इस निदेश के साथ कि 10.04.2013 के अंत में विस्तार हेतु किसी और अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और 10.04.2013 को वे अपने मूल संवर्ग में वापस लौट जाएंगे, एतदद्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है ।
