NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Government of Uttar Pradesh and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Government hereby accords approval for extension of tenure of inter cadre deputation in respect of Shri Nitishwar Kumar, IAS (UP:1996) from Uttar Pradesh cadre to Union Territory of Jammu \& Kashmir for a period of one year beyond 06.09.2021 as a special case, in relaxation of the policy.
