This notification announces the approval of the central government for extending the inter-cadre deputation period of Dr. Pooja Pandey, an IAS officer of the Assam-Meghalaya cadre, to the Uttar Pradesh cadre for one year after July 4, 2020. This decision was made using the powers granted by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the consent of both the Assam-Meghalaya and Uttar Pradesh state governments. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6 (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा असम-मेघालय और उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा डॉ. पूजा पाण्डेय, आईएएस (असम-मेघालय:2008) को दिनांक 04.7.2020 के बाद एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए असम-मेघालय संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में अंतरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्त अवधि के विस्तार को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
