This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Ms. Pinky Jowel, an IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, to the Tamil Nadu cadre. The deputation is approved for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision was made utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the consent of the governments of Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा उत्तर प्रदेश और तमिलनाडु राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा सुश्री पिंकी जोवेल, आईएएस (यूपी:2003) के उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग से तमिलनाडु संवर्ग में, अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्ष अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
