This document details the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Pankaj Yadav, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, from the Haryana cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. The deputation is sanctioned for a period of three years from the date of joining the new cadre, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision was made under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Haryana and Uttar Pradesh governments.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त
शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा एवं उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारों की सहमति से,
केद्रीय सरकार ने श्री पंकज यादव, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एचवाई:01) की हरियाणा
संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के
लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, अंतर संवर्ग प्रतिनियुक्ति को अनुमोदन
प्रदान कर दिया है ।
