The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has given its approval for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Ganesh S. Bhat, an Indian Forest Service officer from the Uttar Pradesh cadre (2003 batch). This deputation is to the Karnataka cadre and is for a period of three years, granted on personal grounds. The approval follows a reference from the Ministry of Environment and Forests dated August 8, 2013.
