This notification announces the approval of inter-cadre deputation for Ms. Khushboo Goyal, an IAS officer from the Karnataka cadre. She has been transferred to the Punjab cadre for a period of three years from the date of assuming charge, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This action is taken in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the Governments of Karnataka and Punjab, and with the approval of the Central Government.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा कर्नाटक और पंजाब सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, सुश्री खुशबू गोयल, भा.प्र.से. (कर्नाटक: 08) का कर्नाटक संवर्ग से पंजाब संवर्ग में कार्य भार ग्रहण की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, अंतरसंवर्ग प्रतिनियुक्ति का एतदद्वारा अनुमोदन करती है।
