The undersigned is directed to say that the information regarding the sanctioned strength, incumbency position and vacancies is required to be updated for all grades (PSO/Sr.PPS/PS/PA/Steno Grade ‘D’) of CSSS for several purposes including promotion, Rotational Transfer Policy and Cadre Review etc.
- All Ministries/Departments participating in CSSS Cadre are, therefore, requested to furnish the confirmed sanctioned strength, incumbency and vacancy position in all grades of CSSS in the enclosed format. The requisite information be intimated by email at pradeep.anirudhan@gov.in by \mathbf{1 4 . 0 7 . 2 0 1 7} positively to enable this Department to update the records of all grades of CSSS.
