The Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Shri Rajeev Mishra, IPS (BH:2010), as Superintendent of Police (SP) in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). This appointment is on a deputation basis for an initial period of four years, effective from the date he assumes charge of the post. Copies of the order have been sent to various relevant departments, including the Director of CBI, the Central Vigilance Commissioner, and the Ministry of Home Affairs, as well as for record keeping.
